The NRW Design Billet Valve Cover for the BMW S58 is precision-machined from a solid block of 6061 aluminum — built to outlast and outperform the OEM plastic cover known for cracking and leaking under stress. This piece was developed, tested, and refined in-house over a year of real-world and track-proven usage.

This isn’t just a cosmetic upgrade — it’s a functional solution built for high-performance builds.

• CNC-Machined from a single billet of 6061 aluminum

• Eliminates the failure-prone OEM plastic valve cover

• Integrated PCV delete, designed to work with an external catch can setup

• (2) -10 ORB to AN ports for custom routing to catch cans (setup sold separately)

• Tested on in-house single-turbo S58 platforms

• Will be available in various anodized color options (inquire at checkout)

• This is not a direct replacement. The OEM plastic engine cover cannot be reused.

• Requires a catch can setup to manage crankcase pressure (sold separately).
